As the overdose crisis continues in its second decade, not all communities have access to the life saving naloxone and fentanyl test strips. Thrive for Change launched this mail order program in 2021 to allow anyone in Ohio to access these critical materials.

You may order up to 5 naloxone kits & 25 test strips. You are welcome to place up to 4 orders if needed. The orders will be combined into one shipment once confirmed supplies are needed.
