Ashley coordinates and supports frontline staffing, provides community education from the perspective of lived experience, and manages communications and marketing.
Elisha Starkey (she/her)
Community Engagement & Response Coordinator
Lish conducts street outreach and coordinates volunteers and stakeholders on targeted initiatives and conducts newsletter communications.
Victoria Ma
Grants Administrator
Victoria supports fundraising by assisting the Executive Director with proposal development and funder relationships and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.

HIV Outreach Specialist
Shay provides HIV testing and care referral services, staff training, and data reporting.
Morgan Lute (she/her)
Resource specialist
Morgan uses a peer-to-peer approach to engage with program participants, provide harm reduction and HIV testing services and foster trust, laying the foundation to provide referrals to ongoing care.
Taylor Massey (she/her)
mail order coordinator
Taylor conducts harm reduction outreach and coordinates mail order services to rural and remote areas of Ohio.
Dylan Brown (he/him)
harm reduction specialist
Dylan uses a peer-to-peer approach to provide harm reduction and HIV testing services and anti-stigma education to the community.
