Bethany oversees and coordinates programmatic planning, staffing and funding while maintaining weekly frontline work and face-to-face engagement with program participants.
Ashley Rosser (she/her)
co-founder & Director of Programs
Ashley coordinates and supports frontline staffing, provides community education from the perspective of lived experience, and manages communications and marketing.
Taylor Massey (she/her)
mail order coordinator
Taylor conducts harm reduction outreach and coordinates mail order services to rural and remote areas of Ohio.
Shay Bradford (she/they)
Disease Prevention Coordinator
Shay has 3 years of experience delivering HIV testing and counseling and sexual health education. Shay set up our HEPC and HIV testing program, and connects with community partners.
Morgan Lute (she/her)
Resource specialist
Morgan uses a peer-to-peer approach to engage with program participants, provide harm reduction and HIV testing services and foster trust, laying the foundation to provide referrals to ongoing care.
Victoria Ma
Grants Administrator
Victoria supports fundraising by assisting the Executive Director with proposal development and funder relationships and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
Molly McLaughlin (she/her)
Volunteer Coordinator
Molly engages with our volunteers to provide a welcoming atmosphere and support for events.
Jon Wlasiuk (he/him)
outreach specialist
Jon applies an evidence-based approach to community outreach. He extends all of our services into communities experiencing the highest rates of overdose and disease transmission.
Mar Jones (they/them)
Disease prevention specialist
Mar provides disease prevention education, testing, and care referrals. They also develop accessible health and wound care resources rooted in harm reduction and community care.
