This policy applies to information that we collect both online and offline.
Data collection and use
We only collect information on our website that is volunteered by visitors. We keep confidential all personal information entered during orders, registrations, or when completing donations. When we do collect personally identifiable information, it is always voluntarily submitted by you (e.g., when you fill out volunteer registration or order supplies). The information collected is used only for its intended purpose.
Transfer, sharing, and storage of information
We do not trade or sell information that you provide to us including mobile phone contact information or data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Data security
To help prevent unauthorized access we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect using Google Workspace and Jotform.
SMS Terms and Conditions
By opting in to SMS messaging from Thrive for Change, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) regarding volunteer opportunities for homeless outreach, overdoses prevention and basic needs support programs. The Thrive for Change volunteer coordinator sends texts from one number at varying frequency to volunteers to coordinate with and recruit volunteers. These messages may be sent via automated systems.

- If customers no longer wish to receive SMS from us, they can unsubscribe by replying STOP to no longer receive messages.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency may vary.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Access to Data
If you would like to access the data that we received from you or make corrections to it, you may contact us at info@thrive4change.org.
If you register to receive communications from us and later change your mind, you may opt-out. To stop receiving text messages reply with the word STOP to opt-out. You can also opt-out of emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” button or by sending the unsubscribe request to info@thrive4change.org.
Policy Changes
We maintain the right to amend our privacy policy without notice. Please review all revisions to our policy. Your continued use of our website after the date of revision will be deemed to be your agreement to the changed terms.
